  行星架是行星齿轮传动装置的主要构件之一,行星轮轴或者轴承就装在行星架上。当行星轮作为基本构件时,它是机构中承受外力矩最大的零件。行星轮的结构设计和制造对各个行星轮间的载荷分配以至于传动装置的承载能力、噪声和振动等有很大影响。

  行星架的合理结构应该是重量轻、刚性好、便于加工和装配。其常见结构形式有双侧板整体式、双侧板分开式和单侧板式三种。双侧板整体式的刚性好。这种结构如果采用整体锻造则切削加工量很大,因此可用铸造和焊接方法得到结构和尺寸接近成品的毛坯,但应注意消除铸造或焊接缺陷和内应力,否则将影响行星架的强度、加工质量及使用时可能产生变形。The

  The reasonable structure of the planet carrier should be light weight,good rigidity,and easy to process and assemble.There are three common structural forms:double-sided plate integral type,double-sided plate separate type and single-sided plate type.The overall rigidity of the double-sided plate is good.If the structure is integrally forged,the amount of machining is large,so the casting and welding methods can be used to obtain the blank with structure and size close to the finished product.However,attention should be paid to eliminating the casting or welding defects and internal stress,otherwise the strength,processing quality and deformation of the planet carrier may be affected.
