电机齿轮是电机连接减速机构的主要组成，与电机的连接方式根据客户的不同要求级电机轴的结构，一是采用销钉铆接，二是采用D型孔紧配合连接。电机齿择圆柱直电机齿轮。如果电机输入与减速机构如果采用垂直式连接，就选择圆锥电机齿轮。电机齿轮的硬度选择：一般电机转速在5000-6000rpm，扭矩不大于100N.m,电机齿轮的硬度选择HRC28-32.如果采用高速电机，输出扭矩＞100N.m，电机齿轮硬度应选择HRC45以上。
